Our central carefully selects
and references all potential carers prior to their engagement to ensure
that  they
are trustworthy, honest and dependable. During the recruitment process
we also ascertain that they have the appropriate character and disposition
to professionally care for each of our service users.
All new carers recruited are fully inducted into our business giving
us the opportunity to share with them our standards, culture and
ethos. Once inducted, a
senior care practitioner
is assigned to work closely
with the new team member so that the skills required to be a great
carer are fully nurtured. The
senior care practitioner
evaluates the work practices
of the carer on an ongoing basis and regularly meets with service
users to discuss the quality of care that they receive, and to complete
health & safety and risk assessments.
